Office units range from 173 sq ft (16m2) to 3000 sq ft (278m2).

Each individual unit has at least one thermostatically controlled radiator and access to kitchen and toilet facilities on each floor. Each unit comes equipped with Cat5e cabling, ISDN and broadband capabilities.

Rental is charged per square foot and is invoiced on a monthly basis. This includes electricity, heating, CCTV security, cleaning, building insurance, parking, and grounds maintenance.
